We hold the space.
The medicine and the tradition do the rest.
OUR TEAM
Our Philosophy
The team at ETÉREO is made up of space-holders, protectors, facilitators, and guides. What connects us isn’t performance or expertise. It’s devotion. Each of us arrived on this path in our own way—through ancestral remembering, trauma work, spiritual apprenticeship, somatic practice, or clinical care. What we share is a commitment to serve the truth of this work, not the appearance of it.
Healing is not something we give to others. It’s something we protect while it unfolds.
This team was created with care. It came together slowly and naturally, through years of shared ceremony, friendship, and alignment.
No fast decisions. Just trust, timing, and truth. We are not separate from the community. We are part of it.
As our founder Fletcher says,
“We are here to hold space, not to fill it.”
We do not exist at the center of the work. We move around its edges by listening, protecting, making room for what wants to come through. This kind of space requires stillness, steadiness, and humility. The deepest wisdom does not come from us. It comes through us.
Every person who enters an ETÉREO container is held with reverence.
Before, during, and long after the ceremony ends.
