OUR MISSION & VISION

ETÉREO is a ceremonial retreat center based in Baja California Sur, Mexico, offering immersive plant medicine experiences rooted in tradition, care, and long-term integration. Our mission and vision guide every aspect of how we hold this work, from safety and preparation to land stewardship and community impact.

MISSION

Animal skull, dried plant material, and animal teeth on a wooden surface.

ETÉREO exists to create carefully held spaces for deep personal and collective transformation through ceremonial medicine, intentional gathering, and reverent relationship with land.

We offer immersive retreats and experiences that honor ancient lineages while integrating modern therapeutic care, medical responsibility, and long-term integration. Our work is rooted in truth, preparation, and presence, supporting individuals as they meet themselves honestly and move toward lasting change.

At every level, we are committed to safety, integrity, and depth. We do not rush the work, dilute the process, or separate healing from responsibility. What we hold is meant to be meaningful, ethical, and enduring.

VISION

We envision a world where healing is approached with reverence, where sacred traditions and master plants are respected rather than commodified, and where transformation is supported beyond the moment of peak experience.

ETÉREO is more than a retreat center. It is a living sanctuary and evolving ecosystem where ceremony, care, and land stewardship come into relationship. As we grow, we are building a place where individuals, communities, and future generations can gather to remember what is essential and restore connection to self, to each other, and to the natural world.

Our vision is not expansion for its own sake, but depth over time. A place where truth can be met, integration can unfold, and healing can take root. This vision informs how we design retreats, hold ceremony, steward land, and care for those who enter this work.
