TYPES of
IBOGA RETREATS

Group Retreats

Group retreats offer the opportunity to move through the medicine within a small, intentionally selected cohort. These 8-day immersions are designed to create safety, connection, and shared transformation with enough space for each guest to receive individualized care.

  • 4 to 8 guests total

  • Set retreat dates

  • Two ceremony arc

  • Daily group connection, preparation, and integration

  • Held in a private, natural and luxurious setting in Baja California Sur

Private Retreats

Private retreats are designed for individuals, couples, or small groups of close companions. These are highly personalized experiences that allow for deeper spaciousness and flexibility, particularly for those navigating trauma, substance use, or significant life transitions.

  • 1 to 4 guests

  • Hosted in a luxury venue or glamping-style environment

  • Option for one or two ceremonies, based on medical screening and readiness

  • Customized retreat arc and post-retreat integration

SUPPLEMENTAL CEREMONIES

Supplemental ceremonies are offered to alumni of ETÉREO who feel called to revisit the medicine. These 4-day containers include a single iboga ceremony, integration support, and time to reflect in nature. This option is best suited for those who have already laid foundational work with the medicine and are returning for deepening or clarification.

  • Only available to past guests or by invitation

  • One ceremony within a 4-day ceremonial arc

INTAKE + PREPARATION

The path to ceremony

  • This gives us a sense of your background, your intentions, and whether the medicine is appropriate for you at this time.

Click here to start the process.

  • After reviewing your intake, we’ll invite you to a call to connect more deeply, answer your questions, and explore the right container for your experience.

    Schedule a Discovery Call.

  • Together, we’ll clarify whether a private, group, or supplemental retreat is the best fit. You’ll receive potential dates and logistical

    Upcoming Dates
    November 8 -15, 2025
    February 15-21, 2026

  • We’ll send you a requisition letter for your doctor and instructions for labs and testing. Safety is a non-negotiable part of our process, and we treat it with the same reverence as the ceremony itself.

In some cases, you may have a follow-up consultation with our medical lead to ensure full clarity and alignment before proceeding.

If you are not approved to move forward, a medical administration fee of $150 to $300 may apply depending on the complexity of your case.

  • Once cleared through screening, you’ll submit a 50% deposit to reserve your space.

In some cases, we may accept a deposit before full medical approval in order to hold your place.

We strongly encourage all guests to complete their medical screening as early as possible to ensure alignment and avoid unnecessary fees or complications.

Please review our Retreat Policy Agreement for full details on deposits and refunds.

If you are not approved to attend, your deposit will be refunded minus any applicable administrative or medical review fees.

Refunds are only guaranteed up to 60 days before the retreat. After that, deposits may be non-refundable and are contingent on our ability to fill your space.

  • Once your deposit is received, you’ll begin working with our team to prepare for ceremony. This includes one to two one-on-one sessions with a therapist or facilitator, where you’ll explore your intentions, what is surfacing, and how to enter the container with clarity.

If you’re attending a group retreat, you’ll also join a live Zoom call with fellow guests. This session is designed to establish the field, review logistics, and begin attuning to one another in preparation for shared ceremony.

WHO IS
IBOGA F OR?

Iboga is not for everyone. This work is demanding, sacred, and often uncomfortable. This medicine is it is harsh, but it is honest, confronting, deeply loving and often. We do not offer peak experiences or quick-fix transformations. We hold space for truth, and that truth often comes through slowly.

You may be a fit for
this iboga retreat if:

  • You feel a sincere, soul-level call to work with iboga

  • You’re navigating a life threshold, trauma, addiction, or loss

  • You’re ready to face yourself without distraction or avoidance

  • You’ve done foundational inner work and are ready to go deeper

  • You are physically and psychologically stable enough to undergo screening and ceremony

  • You are open to structure, guidance, and being held in a ceremonial container

This May Not Be a Fit If:

  • You’re looking for a psychedelic “experience” without deep commitment

  • You have contraindicated heart, liver or kidney issues and/or mental health contraindications

  • You have not yet explored other forms of trauma work or support

  • You’re expecting comfort over transformation

  • You are unable or unwilling to complete the screening process or follow preparation protocols

  • You want results without relationship with the medicine, the process, or the container
