Enjoy a crafted welcome drink and light bites as the evening begins to open.

5:30 – 6:30 PM | The Unveiling

An announcement of ETÉREO’s vision, accompanied by an interactive desert installation.

6:30 – 7:30 PM | Nourishment by Chef Paul Barbosa

Thoughtfully prepared seasonal dishes to enjoy as you gather and connect.

7:30 – 8:00 PM | Auction

A curated selection of items and experiences, offered in the spirit of celebration and support for ETÉREO’s unfolding.

7:30 PM - Late | Live Music, Fire, Gathering + Celebration

The night opens into music, firelight, and celebration under the Baja sky.

Where to Stay: We recommend accommodations in Los Cabos or Todos Santos. Parking on-site is limited. We are happy to offer suggestions for lodging upon receiving your RSVP.
Parking: On-site parking is currently limited. Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue from both Cabo and Todos Santos. If you prefer to bring your own vehicle please let us know as soon as possible.

Footwear: Please wear sturdy shoes. The terrain is natural desert, and pathways are uneven in places.
Connectivity: There is no WiFi and limited cell service. Allow yourself to unplug and be fully present.
Dress: Elevated desert vibes. Think cowboy boots with cocktail attire. Evenings cool down so be sure to bring a shawl, jacket, or layer for comfort.
Weather: The desert can shift quickly. We’ll provide warmth by the fire, but we suggest a wrap or light coat.
Timing: Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to catch the full flow of the evening.
Children & Pets: This is an adult-only evening; please no children or pets.
