SAN PEDRO + 5-MEO-DMT

December 11 - 14, 2026

AIRE LIBRE
Mantancitas, BCS, MX

Come and disappear into the desert for a few days.

Huachuma. Mountains. Fire. Good food. A small group. A little distance from the noise. We’ll sit under trees, walk the arroyo, lay on warm rocks, eat when we’re hungry, talk when we feel like it and feed the fire with the rest. There will be ceremony. There will be long stretches of nothing. Somewhere in there, we’ll learn the strange slow rhythm of the desert. No big promises about what you’ll find. Just an old medicine, a long stretch of land and enough room to hear yourself think.

  • "Fletcher's medicine containers are deep, solid, and grounded, with clear, thorough communication and not a single extraneous word. There’s a profound spirituality without performance or fanfare. There’s space for you to come and be just as you are. I always feel exquisitely held by Fletcher, like being held by the archetypal divine masculine and as such it’s a profoundly healing experience."

    — RR, 2025

  • "Immediately upon arriving on the property I felt the energy and intention. Paije and Fletcher made me feel so safe and cared for. They are very knowledgeable, intuitive, and seriously gifted. I felt that every detail was perfectly planned specifically to my needs. Weeks after my experience at Etéreo I continue to hold on to the clarity and peace I got from being there and working with Paije and Fletcher and their lovely and very gifted team."

    — Jen, 2026

  • "Paije & Fletcher have truly mastered the ability to create not only a beautiful space for their work, but a program that flows from medicine to integration seamlessly and with deep intention. The thought they put into each aspect of the experience is exceptional—the prayers, meditations, set & setting (ETÉREO land!), journey playlist, fire ceremony, and nourishing food - kept us feeling safe and guided as we moved through our inner work. Chef Paul prepared the most satiating meals throughout our entire stay. This level of curation is a skill they both deserve acknowledgment for.

WHY HUACHUMA + 5-MEO-DMT

At ETÉREO, the three medicines we work with, Iboga, Huachuma, and 5-MeO-DMT, have a relationship with one another. Over years of working with them, we have come to understand where they complement each other, where one can support preparation or integration for another, and, just as importantly, when a medicine needs to stand entirely on its own.

We are generally cautious about combining medicines. Each has its own character, spirit, and process, and we believe in giving each one enough space to do its work. For that reason, our medicines are primarily offered separately. At times, one may also become a supportive preparation or integration tool within a larger arc of work.

Huachuma and 5-MeO-DMT are a particular exception. We have found this pairing can be meaningful when the medicines are offered as separate experiences within the same carefully held container, with time between them for rest, reflection, and integration.

Huachuma is long and spacious. Over the course of the day, emotions, memories, relationships, physical sensations, and familiar patterns may become easier to see. There is time to stay with what comes forward rather than rushing toward an answer. Sometimes that means moving through something difficult. Sometimes it means seeing something familiar from an entirely different place. Sometimes it is simply recognizing what has been there all along.

5-MeO-DMT creates a very different kind of experience. Rather than giving us more material to examine, it can radically interrupt the usual ways we experience ourselves and the world.

For some people, this can bring a profound experience of surrender, spaciousness, or release. The constant effort to understand, manage, or hold everything together may temporarily fall away. This is where we find the sequence interesting.

Huachuma can illuminate what is asking for our attention.
5-MeO can offer an opportunity to loosen our grip around it.

We intentionally leave space between the two experiences. There is time to eat, sleep, return to the body, talk, reflect, and allow the Huachuma ceremony to settle before making any decision about 5-MeO-DMT.

There is also no expectation that anyone needs to experience both. Huachuma is a complete medicine and a complete ceremony on its own. 5-MeO is offered separately and intentionally, based on the individual, how the first experience unfolds, and whether moving forward feels appropriate.

For those who do choose both, the medicines can create a beautiful arc. Something becomes visible. There is time to be with it. And then there may be an opportunity to experience what happens when we stop holding it quite so tightly.

But the medicine is never the end of the story. What matters most is what happens afterward. What stays with you. What becomes clearer. What you stop carrying. And what you actually do with it when you go home.
